The NH Transition Community of Practice is offering a free Education Series this winter and spring. On the first Thursday of each month, as part of its regular meeting, the NH COP will sponsor a presentation from an organization or agency involved with transition. Attendees are welcome to stay for an optional second hour of general transition resource sharing and discussion. All meetings will be via ZOOM.
