The NH State Transition Community of Practice has opened registration for the NH Transition Community of Practice Summit IX – Tips, Tools, and Strategies for Successful Transition Planning.
The Summit takes place November 18, 2015 from 8:30am – 3:00pm at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord, NH.
