The New Hampshire Transition Community of Practice has opened registration for the 12th Annual Transition Summit. This year’s theme is Breaking Down Barriers and Building Collaboration.
The keynote speaker is Dan Habib, nationally recognized filmmaker at the University of New Hampshire’s Institute on Disability, and the creator of award-winning documentary films on disability-related topics.
The Summit takes place November 27, 2018 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord, NH.
The Transition Summit is the only statewide conference for training, collaboration, networking, and information focused exclusively on the transition to life after high school for students with disabilities.
