Registration is open for New Hampshire’s annual event for practical tips and tools for student-focused transition planning practices. The 16th Annual Transition Summit will be Friday, November 18, 2022, from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm at the Grappone Center in Concord. There will also be an online option.
This year’s theme is When Students Program the GPS. Our goal is to highlight student-led practices and new directions in the field, with tips and tools for transition and fostering student advocacy.
Registration deadline is November 4 and the cost is $100/person.
